Sales and Return Policy

All sales from Efemera Jewelry may be eligible for exchanges only, no refunds. Items to be exchanged must be shipped back to Efemera Jewelry within 10 days of the date of receipt. The total amount eligible for exchange must be used in its entirety in one single purchase transaction and will be applied towards the retail price of the new item or items purchased through the exchange. Items purchased through an exchange must be in stock at the moment of the exchange. There are no refunds under any circumstances. Some items are final sale with no exchanges or refunds as indicated in their description. All custom orders, special orders, pre-orders, sale items, and exchanged items are final sale.

Special orders are items that are pre-ordered or out of stock at time of purchase. All Efemera Jewelry rings are made to size and therefore are not eligible for refund or exchange.

To accommodate gift giving during the holidays, items eligible for exchange that are purchased between December 1st and December 24th may be eligible for extended exchanges until January 7.

To be eligible for refund or exchange, please adhere to the following conditions:

1) Contact us at support@efemerajewelry.com to obtain your “Exchange Authorization Form” (EAF) and to provide your reason for return. 

2) All items must be returned with original packaging and purchase receipt. The EAF must be included in your return box to qualify for exchange.

3)  Returned items will be inspected before issuing an exchange. Damaged items will not be eligible for an exchange.

4) Customers are responsible for shipping costs of the items being returned for exchange, and for the shipping costs of new items purchased through an exchange.

5) The total amount eligible for exchange must be used in its entirety in one single purchase transaction and will be applied towards the retail price of the new item or items purchased through the exchange.
