Order Timing
All Efemera Jewelry pieces are made to order. Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for production and shipment. Once your order is complete, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.
Because each piece is made specifically for you, orders cannot be modified or canceled once they are placed. In the rare case of an unexpected delay, we’ll contact you directly to provide an update.
REPAIR POLICY
Efemera Jewelry designs and handcrafts each piece with exceptional care and attention to detail. We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and are happy to assist with any repair needs that may arise. If your piece(s) require repair, please email us at support@efemerajewelry.com and include: Your name, Shipping address, Order number, Details and clear photos of the repair needed.
Once we review your request, we’ll determine whether the item can be repaired. If eligible, we’ll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number, which must be clearly written on the outside of your return package. Please note that we cannot accept any packages sent without a valid RA number.
Allow approximately two weeks for the repair assessment. A repair fee estimate will be provided before or upon receipt of your piece, depending on the nature of the repair. Efemera Jewelry is not responsible for items in transit and assumes responsibility only once the package is received in our studio. Most repairs are completed within 4–6 weeks.
We will repair, at no charge, any breakage determined to be the result of a manufacturer defect. Repairs due to normal wear, misuse, or damage occurring beyond 90 days of receipt will incur a repair fee. All repair costs and timelines will be communicated and approved prior to initiating the repair process. Efemera Jewelry can only accept repairs for items purchased directly through our website. For items purchased through one of our authorized retailers, please contact the retailer where the original purchase was made.
