Placing an order

Once you've selected the pieces you love, add them to your shopping bag and continue browsing or proceed to checkout. During checkout, you'll be asked to log into your account if you haven't already done so.

After you place and confirm your order, you'll receive an email confirming your order details. Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

All Efemera pieces are made-to-order. Production typically takes 3-4 weeks, after which your order will be carefully shipped. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you via email within 5 business days, and you will not be charged.

We reserve the right to decline an order or withhold shipment if payment cannot be authorized or if a customer is in violation of our website terms.

Timing

All Efemera Jewelry pieces are made to order. Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks before shipping. Once your order is complete, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

Because each piece is made specifically for you, orders cannot be modified or canceled once they are placed. In the rare case of an unexpected delay, we’ll contact you directly to provide an update.

Secure Log In and Ordering

Efemera assures you that the information you provide is safe and secure. During checkout, we use Secure Socket Layering (SSL), the industry-standard technology for safe online transactions.

Account Registration

To make a purchase on Efemera, you'll need to create an account. Registration requires your name, email address, and a secure password. Please ensure that the information you provide is accurate and up to date, and update it promptly if anything changes. Registration helps protect your order and provides a personalized shopping experience, including order tracking and updates on new collections. Your email will serve as your username, and your password should be kept secure.

Payment

Efemera accepts most major credit cards.

Payment for your order will be processed and cleared upon order confirmation. By providing your payment details, you confirm that you are an authorized user of the selected credit or debit card.

All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer declines the transaction, Efemera cannot be held responsible for any delay or inability to fulfill the order.

Shipping

Shipping options will be presented during checkout. For domestic orders within the U.S., complimentary ground shipping is available.

For orders that don't qualify for free shipping or for expedited delivery, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order total, destination, and insurance.

Once your order ships, you will receive email with tracking information to monitor its journey.

All domestic shipments are handled by UPS and require a signature upon delivery. Orders are processed Monday through Friday; delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.

Orders ship only after payment and delivery details have been verified.

Insurance

All orders are shipped fully insured by our third-party carrier. To ensure safe delivery, a signature by an adult is required upon receipt.

REPAIR POLICY

Efemera Jewelry designs and handcrafts each piece with exceptional care and attention to detail. We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and are happy to assist with any repair needs that may arise. If your piece(s) require repair, please email us at support@efemerajewelry.com and include: Your name, Shipping address, Order number, Details and clear photos of the repair needed.

Once we review your request, we’ll determine whether the item can be repaired. If eligible, we’ll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number, which must be clearly written on the outside of your return package. Please note that we cannot accept any packages sent without a valid RA number.

Allow approximately two weeks for the repair assessment. A repair fee estimate will be provided before or upon receipt of your piece, depending on the nature of the repair. Efemera Jewelry is not responsible for items in transit and assumes responsibility only once the package is received in our studio. Most repairs are completed within 4–6 weeks.

We will repair, at no charge, any breakage determined to be the result of a manufacturer defect. Repairs due to normal wear, misuse, or damage occurring beyond 90 days of receipt will incur a repair fee. All repair costs and timelines will be communicated and approved prior to initiating the repair process. Efemera Jewelry can only accept repairs for items purchased directly through our website.
